SINGO Night for Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center

It’s time for another SINGO Night! The month of April tries to bring attention and awareness to Child Abuse through its National Child Abuse Prevention Month. Our area has a few organizations for victims of unfortunate, tragic events such as these. One of those organizations is the Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center. We know it’s technically a few days before April, but we wanted to get a jump on helping out this very wonderful, valuable, and extremely important organization in our community.]
So, for the March SINGO, things will be a little different; we have partnered with the Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center in an attempt to raise funds for their efforts. We suggest a $5 (or more) donation per person to play the three rounds of SINGO, with the proceeds going directly to the Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center. Other than that, things will be the same SINGO many of you are used to playing! Please bring cash or make any checks directly to the Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center (WKCAC).
For March SINGO, we are spanning generations of music for the whole family with three rounds featuring “80s Rock,” “90s Pop Hits,” and “2010’s Party Mix!”
For those of you who are wondering, what is SINGO? SINGO is a new and exciting musical spin on the traditional game of BINGO. Instead of listening for a number, players are listening to their favorite music…and they’re encouraged to sing along, or at least drink along until they feel like singing along or maybe until the singing of others sounds better.
