PAPIER-MACHE ALEJIBRE

 Come learn about alejibres with local artist T.Wasinger during this fun workshop.  Alejibres are a type of traditional Mexican Folk Art that combine different parts of animals to create fantastic, colorful ‘paper monsters’.  Using papier mache, participants will create their own alejibres during the two day workshop and then decorate them with acrylic paint.  An optional 3rd work night will also be offered for those who need extra time finishing their projects.  All supplies will be provided.  No previous experience is needed to enroll in this class.
