In this two-part series, Whitney and Seth will teach you how to play Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition.
Participants should attend both sessions: Session 1 on July 13th and Session 2 on July 20th.

Ages: 12 and older (10-11 year olds can enroll if attending with an enrolled adult)
Session 1: July 13th, 1:00-5:00 pm
This session will cover the following topics:
Concept of Collaborative Storytelling
Basic game mechanics
Materials (rulebooks, dice, etc.)
Table Etiquette
Roleplaying Styles
Character creation and backstory
Leveling up

Session 2: July 20th, 1:00-5:00 pm
In this session, you will play a one-shot game run by Seth. Whitney (or another experienced player) will play, too. After the game, we’ll wrap up with some discussion of preferred playstyles and forming your own gaming group.
