Free Community Health Screening at First Baptist Church in Holcomb

Accelacare Physical Therapy will host a FREE 15-minute health screening at the First Baptist Church of Holcomb this Saturday, March 29th. We will answer your health questions and connect you with healthcare services in the Garden City community. This free screening is available to all ages and any health concerns.
You will receive:
· A surprise gift!
· A list of providers & services for your needs
· Summary of the screening results for your provider
Walk-ins are welcome, but sign-ups are encouraged!
