Free Community Health Screening by Accelacare at The African Shop!

Accelacare Physical Therapy will host a free 15-minute health screening where we can answer your health questions and connect you with healthcare providers in the community! We will ask you a series of health-related questions and offer other diagnostic tools to assess your health needs.
You will receive a list of relevant healthcare providers & services, a summary of your screening results, and a surprise gift!
Sign-ups are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome!
