Boozy Book Club – a casual monthly installment book club that meets the last Wednesday of every month is an event for people to meet in various small group settings to discuss books, life, and everything in between! Each installment of The Boozy Book Club comes with questions and tabletop discussion starters and features a special one night only mix drink inspired by the book. If you’re looking for a fun group to interact with, this is it!
For November, Boozy Book Club will meet to discuss The 2022 Goodreads Choice Award, Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt! A book that explores friendship, reckoning, and hope that traces a widow’s unlikely connection with a giant Pacific octopus! The story offers a gentle reminder that sometimes taking a hard look at the past can help uncover a future that once felt impossible.
Remarkably Bright Creatures is available on audiobook and e-book for free via Hoopala through the Finney County Public Library!
